(Non Project Post)

More than two months later, and I am still obsessed with watching my wedding video.  There are 251 views on this-- I'm fairly certain that close to 100 are just from me.

Click here if you want to see it too :)

Anyway, I just decided to watch it for the 101st time, and it made me think of how ego-centric I actually am.  Speaking of which, when I get my pro wedding pictures back sometime this week, you can bet my head is going to explode.

-Complete the 5000 Question Survey

Today I'll be tackling questions 50-100.

Learn one new word every month

Oh my goodness. I love discovering words that I'll actually use in my daily life.  I just came across one the other day, and I will now officially log it as my Word of the Month for November.

Hypocorism-- the practice of using pet names or baby talk, especially by adults

I, for one, am 100% anti-baby-talk, even to babies.  I'm one of those people that talks to infants like they're teeny tiny adults.  And I express this sentiment to people every once in a while, but I've always disliked calling it baby talk/pet names.  Voila! Granted, I'll probably have to explain what I mean a few times, which sort of defeats the purpose, but I'm pleased with my word discovery :)

-Complete the 5000 Question Survey

I obviously won't be completing this task in one sitting.  Actually, I can't imagine answering more than 50 at a time, so this is going to take a super long time.  But I have certain reasons for wanting to include this item on my Day Zero list.

I'm not a person that likes to talk about myself to others.  When I'm having a conversation with someone, I'm that person that always tries to keep the topic on the other person.  It makes people feel important and special, and I love to make people feel good.  However, it does feel good to talk about myself sometimes.  And if this is my blog, I guess this is the place to do it.  So I'm going to answer an absolute crapton of questions all about myself and my life, and it'll make me feel like I have an outlet.

Day Zero- 101 Things in 1001 Days

So here's the thing. I started a Day Zero list a few years ago, back when my friend Shelby told me about it.  I made what seemed to be a great list back then, and convinced my friend Katie to make one too.  I stuck with it for a bit, then let my drive fizzle out.  I decided back in April to restart my list, and then got caught up with wedding planning, new school programs, and life in general, which are all bad excuses.

I'm starting again. My new start date will be November 1, which makes my deadline July 29, 2014.  I'm going to be accountable for this one.  I think it will be really good for me.

My list is currently in no order whatsoever.  I haven't decided if I want to break it into categories, but here it is:
